Neumatico Group International Inc hereby warrants that each new tire (brand ROADKNIGHT) RADIAL TRUCK TIRE purchased from Neumatico Group International Inc, is free from defects in workmanship and material for the life of the original tread of a new tire 2/32’’ and the life of the original usable tread ends when the tire tread has worn down with only 2/32’’ remaining at which point the tire is considered to be fully worn out. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser for a period of three (3) years from the date of manufacture as determined by the DOT/Serial number shown on the sidewall of the tire.
If a defect, in workmanship and materials is found on any ROADKNIGHT Radial Truck Tire within the first 50% of tread wear (calculated by subtracting the different between the original new tire depth and 2/32’’ from the original new tire tread depth), Neumatico Group will refund the cost of replacement Roadknight Radial Truck Tire as follows: A) The detective Roadknight Radial Truck Tire must be replaced with a comparable new Roadknight Radial Truck Tire by an authorized Neumatico Group dealer. Proof of replacement will be required. B) All cost for mounting and balancing shall be borne by the owner. C) Applicable tax on the new tire shall be borne by the owner. D) 50% free replacement applies to new first quality tires only. Blems, retreads and road hazard tire are specifically excluded.
If a defect in workmanship and materials is found in any ROADKNIGH Tire not covered in the 50% free replacement warranty, a credit will be given toward the purchase of a comparable new ROADKNIGHT Tire in proportion of the original usable tread remaining on such defective tire to the original usable tread of the new tire. Applicable taxed on the new tire and costs of mounting and balancing service will be borne by the owner. Adjustment on out-of-balance or out-of-round tires is allowed only during the first 2/32’’ the original tread.
A) Casing of a ROADKNIGHT RADIAL TRUCK TIRE are warranted against defects in workmanship or material through the life of the second retread. The life of the second retread is considered to end when the remaining tread on the second retread reaches a buffing stage of 2/32’’ or less.
B) If an examination shows that a casting of a ROADKNIGHT RADIAL TRUCK TIRE failed to such a defect, Neumatico Group will give a credit toward the purchase price of a comparable new ROADKNIGHT RADIAL TRUCK TIRE in the amount indicated below:
255/70R22.5 :$30.00
295/75R22.5,11R22.5,11R24.5,285/75R24.5: $40.00
Above casing warranty valid only for the first three(3)years after date of manufacture of original tire.
ALL Neumatico Group warranties are limited to the original purchaser and the original vehicle on which they are mounted for a period of three(3) years from the date of manufacture as shown on the sidewall of the tire.
The following is not covered by the Limited Warranty:
This warranty does not apply to tires that have been:
1) Tire branded or marked”None-Adjustable”(N/A)or”Blemished”(Blem),or previously adjusted.
2) Failure, damage or irregular wear due to:
a) Road hazards(i.e puncture , cut snag, impact breadks, etc.), wreck, collision;
b)fire, accident or vandalism;
c)mechanical condition of vehicle, including improper alignment, improper inflation, wheel imbalance, faculty shocks or brakes;
d)overloading the tire beyond maximum load capacity stated on the sidewall;
e)misapplication of tire, use of improper inner tube;
f)alteration of the tire or addition of alien material or transfer from one vehicle to another; and radial truck tire failed due to;
3) Cost of mounting and balancing service is not covered.
4) Loss of time or use, inconvenience ,or any incidental damages to include cost of towing or transportation, related property damage or consequential.
5) Tires older than three(3) years from the date of manufactures as determined by the DOT/Serial number.
In order to obtain warranty service under this Limited Warranty, the owner must:
1.Present the tire, proof of purchase, and the vehicle on which the tire was originally installed to an authorized Neumatico Group dealer.
2.Make a claim within three (3) years from the date of manufacture as shown on the sidewall of the tire.
3.Pay the applicable taxes, mounting, and balancing charges, if any.
This warranty, or any warranty stated or referred to herein, is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty regarding the quality of ROADKNIGHT tires, whether express or implied, and remedies for breach thereof shall be limited to those specifically provided herein.
